The man recruited and trained Tunisian nationals from the southeast to attack food and fuel convoys headed to Libya, Radio Tataouine reported, adding that more arrests were ongoing.

The Tunisian defence ministry said Monday that a Libyan army officer sent by Moamer Kadhafi to Tunis to bomb an Arab embassy had turned himself in to Tunisian authorities.
