The Likud leader, presenting his list for the March 17 snap election, ruled out "any territorial concession that could threaten the security of Israel".
"The left is not ready to demand that the Palestinians end the conflict and finally accept the Jewish state, but Likud will hold onto these conditions with all of its might," he said.
MPs voted on December 8 to dissolve parliament and hold early polls after Netanyahu sacked centrist ministers in his ruling coalition over policy differences.
