Islamic State threat still rising, says US spy chief

Banner Icon The threat posed by the Islamic State group is still growing, the head of US intelligence warned Tuesday, despite military action against its heartland.

Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said the IS group "has an increasing ability to direct and inspire attacks against a wide range of targets around the world."
