Iran will help meet 'common challenges' like extremism: FM

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said in a message Friday that Tehran was ready to help tackle "common challenges" such as violent extremism.

"We are ready to strike a balanced and good deal and open new horizons to address important common challenges," Zarif said in English in a message posted on YouTube. "Our common threat today is the growing menace of violent extremism and outright barbarism."
