The Arab Women in Leadership and Business Summit that will be takING place from the 22-23rd September 2014 in Radisson Royal Hotel, Dubai, UAE with the aim of inspiring women to seek their highest level of professional development, by providing them with information, strategies, insights, and perspectives on leadership. 

It will be attended by emerging leaders, emerging executives from the public and private

sector, along with associations, companies, organizations, and government bodies that are working towards supporting them. There will be many senior level attendees as well, including leaders in business and politics, industry veterans, and influential leaders of women’s organizations from all over the region.

The Speakers come from diverse industries and are established leaders in their own right would be discussing themes of education, gender inclusiveness, the stepping stones in professional development of women, and the roles played by external factors in development of women leaders and business professionals.

On day one, speakers will discuss the current regional scenario for women and ways to develop women’s leadership and management skills. A special session on choosing an unconventional career path will also take place. On day two, speeches will be focused on empowering women and women in business (The Entrepreneurs) in addition to an exclusive session on education. The summit will also provide many exclusive networking opportunities for attendees, with its question-answer sessions, interactive panel discussions,  collaborative round table discussions, and optional one-on-one meetings.

This summit is one of the biggest event in the region officially supported by Dubai Chamber: Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC) and officially sponsored by International Monetary Fund which will see a host of women leaders in business and Government officials from around the world congregating on one platform in Dubai.

Along with power packed discussions, networking sessions, interactive panels and business lunches the Summit also features complimentary break away mini sessions from Marquee and The Nail Spa for the delegates to unwind.
